Baking with intention
since day one.

Ellen's Patisserie began as a one-woman operation in a small kitchen, driven by a simple belief: that the best pastries come from patience, quality ingredients, and a respect for technique.

Today, we're proud to be a cornerstone of Eureka Springs' food scene — but we haven't changed the fundamentals. Our dough is folded by hand every morning. Our fruit comes from local orchards when the season allows. Our coffee is roasted nearby. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is frozen.
